Refund Policy

  • INDIA
    Delivery and dispatch: Order processing takes 3-4 business days to prepare and dispatch your purchase. After which delivery companies take about 5-8 business days/working days for the door delivery of the product.
  • CALCULATIONS
    We calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the package and destination based on the distance from our store in Goa. We currently ship with Mark express courier services.
  • LOST PACKAGES
    Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and within 48 hours, we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
  • UNDELIVERED PACKAGE
    Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your undelivered package for redelivery of the package additional fees may apply. Please note delivery charges of RTO packages will not be refunded.
  • FRAUDULENT CHARGES
    Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm their identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.
  • DAMAGES
    If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at lalumiereindia@gmail.com We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged products are helpful and required.
  • DISCOUNT CODES
    Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.
  • RETURNS & REFUNDS
    • -We do not offer refunds once the order is placed
    • -No refund on customs orders
    • -No exchanges once the product is shipped out or delivered.
    • -In case the product arrives damaged please notify us immediately and we will send in a replacement.
    • -In case of unserviceable Pincode due to reasons of natural disasters, terrorism attacks, or pandemic lockdowns in the area a full refund will be returned to you.
    • -Refund will not be initiated if you have damaged the product yourself or initiated a claim after 3 days of receiving the product
    • -In case of a lost product a full refund or a replacement will be shipped out to you
    • -Refund takes 5 to 8 working days to be completed.
